The farmhouse is 2,5 Km(1,55miles) away from the town, it's in the middle of Lillet Valley surrounded by forests and pasture land. The house is 300m2(3240SF) divided over 3 floors of 100m2(1080SF) each.

The main floor is on the same level as the court, this makes it accessible for physically disabled people. It counts with a hall, living-room / kitchen / dining-room of 46m2(495SF) with fireplace, a double room and a toilet prepared for handicapped people.

The kitchen is equipped with: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, mixer... The dining-room has a 14 persons table. There are 3 sofas, fireplace, TV, DVD, radio and Hi-fi in the living-room.

The upper floor has 3 triple rooms (two with a double bed and single bed and the other with 3 single beds) and one double room (with two single beds). Apart from the bedrooms there are 2 bathrooms: the green one with a shower and the orange one with a bathtub.

On the down floor there is the leisure room with snooker table, table football, table tennis, darts and a place with board games like chess, poker cards, ludo, droughts... Last but not least we have a small children's library and instructive games for the kids.

- THE COURT: with its 300m2 (3240SF) and stone walls it gives space and privacy.

- THE HAY-BARN: It consists of 2 floors of 80m2 (861SF) each. The down floor has a barbecue, tables and chairs and a car port. The upper one is a perfect place to take a sun bath and enjoy the beautiful landscape.

- THE SWIMMINGPOOL: (8,88m x 4,23m / 29feet x 14feet) Around it there is a paving and lawn of 115m2 (1238SF) to take a sun bath and a garden with aromatic and medical herbs, all surrounded by a security fence.

- THE GARDEN: 500m2 (5382SF) of lawn all around the farmhouse embraced by a wooden fence.
