| The Asland Cement Museum in Castellar de n'Hug, located in the old Clot del Moro cement factory, is an example of Catalan architecture, the building materials most often used, and the figure of Count Eusebi Güell, the patron of Antoni Gaudí who was responsible for building of the factory. The tour also gives an overview of the history of El Clot del Moro and the cement production process. |

| The municipality of Cercs, in El Berguedà, preserves a unique example of the Catalan pre-Romanesque and Romanesque: the church of Sant Quirze de Pedret. Local geology has provided the municipality with coalmines that have been in operation for the last 150 years. The Mining Museum of Cercs invites you to a ride into the underground world of mines and to the world of the past starting at Pedret.
